5 Life Regrets

We have all seen these regrets listed before. You only get one take at life. I have been intrigued by these regrets for a while now. As you have seen before I love questions and here are a few questions I am asking myself?

How do we avoid the pull of our consumer driven economy and not fall victim to these 5 Most Common Regrets?

What habits can I form that would limit these regrets?

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

Know what I want?!
Plan out how to get it.
Be friends with different types of people.

2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.

Plan Fun Things Every Week.
Choose a person I like to spend time with
Set goals for the day track progress clear beginning and ending

3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.

Practice open communication
Ask others how they are feeling
Journal
Read Communication

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

Send one email a week
One call a week
One trip with the Gang a Year.
-Get in the details of their lives.
